According to that wonderfully wacky brit Simon Pegg, Megan Fox is the "most beautiful geek" he has ever met. He in fact says he was surprised to find the 'Transformers' star is as much of a nerd as he is.

Simon, 38, said: "We wrapped early one day and went to a bar. Megan and I sat in the corner, got really p***ed and had a good chat. She's really sharp and actually a bit of a geek. Queen of the geeks - the most beautiful geek I've ever met."

He then added, "Even if she did keep pointing out I was old enough to be her father."

He also said she is so stunning that she has the ability to impair men's vision. He said: "Megan is perplexingly beautiful. She walks into a room and your eyes go out of focus."

I mean we are talking about the pasty wonky brit from Sean of the Dead and Hot Fuzz. But I'm sure she's a total hottie.

So I was watching CNN today, and all of this bailout talk is really worrying me. I have credit cards, and I make my payments, and I have been building my credit for several years now. But here is my problem- I am currently able to handle my bills, and I was debating taking out a new credit card with a high limit, and shopping around for a very good deal.

Apparently Jaime Pressly says her 16-month-old son is addicted to Cuban coffee. You know, the growth stunting addictive bean that contains caffene, which I'm sure is good for a 16-month-old.

She admitted to some random source that her child Devi can't get enough of the caffeinated drink.

She said: "My kid is really loud. He is just like 'MOMMY' all the time. And I'll be standing right next to him. He means no harm. He just wants a cup of Cuban coffee!"

Jaime also revealed her son's addiction is being encouraged by Cuban-born Eric, who is better known by his professional name Eric Cubiche. I still don't know who Eric Cubiche is. I am assuming it's her husband.

She also told the source: "You think when Eric and Devi are speaking to each other in Spanish they're mad, but they're really just saying, 'Hey, do you want to go get a cup of coffee?' "

In said interview, the 31-year-old actress added she was surprised that Devi didn't inherit his father's dark skin. She said: "Eric is very, very, very dark. He's Cuban with an olive complexion. Dezi came out looking like me. It's pretty crazy! Although he does tan really well!"

I haven't written about Scarlet Johannson's wedding to tall canuck Ryan Reynolds (eh!) as I was a bit in denial. She may in fact be the hottest celeb in the world to me, and I fully expected her very liberal self to shrug off marriage for a long, long time. But I guess that in the long run, every girl wants to be a blushing bride. For the record, Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds married on Saturday (27.09.08).

Scarlett was only 23, and Ryan is 31 (my age!); they were joined by guests including the actress' mother Melanie Sloan and her brother Adrian Johansson at the intimate ceremony.

Of course I wasn't the only one shocked. The news has shocked the showbiz world, as Scarlett said only last month she had no intention of rushing into marriage, insisting: "We're just enjoying our time. We're just recently - very recently - engaged. So, you know, we're just taking it easy. And no big plan yet. But it's a good time and we're just enjoying our time to be young and engaged. I mean, I'm 23. There's no reason to rush into it. Everything feels very natural and relaxed."
